An eligible elector is a person who is registered to vote in the State of Colorado and is either:

• A resident within the inclusion area; or
• A person who owns property within the inclusion area in their natural person name (not a trust, corporation, etc.); or
• The spouse of the person who owns property within the inclusion area.

Yes.  Any person who is considered an eligible elector within that inclusion area can vote.

No.  Persons who rent property and reside within the inclusion area are eligible to vote, if they are registered to vote at that residence.

You can vote in person on Tuesday, August 26th, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., at the polling place located at the Loveland Rural Fire Station No. 7, 2629 North County Road 27, Loveland, Colorado.

Any eligible elector can vote by absentee ballot by completing the appropriate Application for Absentee Ballot linked below.  The completed Application must be filed with the Designated Election Official, Micki Mills, by emailing the Application to mmills@cegrlaw.com or mailing the Application to 44 Cook Street, Suite 620, Denver, Colorado 80206. The completed Application must be received by the Designated Election Official by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 19th. In order for the voted absentee ballot to be counted, it must be received by either the Designated Election Official or an Election Judge by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day. Post marks do not count.
